• I am responsible to all layer one calls and requests coming in to helpdesk.• I perform daily server and database checks and report to management for any issues.• Completing rebuilds of PC and installations of applications for different employee sectors such as engineers, Lab technicians, Logistic Analysis, Production Operators, etc. • I set up, modify and delete users using Active Directory in association with Alloy Navigator. • Performing code reviews for automation engineers for new production lines. • In charge of ordering specific PCS for each departments software.
