Peter Morgan is a qualified accountant. He has been a professional management consultant in the public sector for over thirty years. He has developed and grown a number of consultancy practices, specialising in public sector services. He is an experienced project manager having managed many large and complex change and capital projects and programmes.He has established ampm research & consultancy, an independent health and social care consultancy practice. Prior to this he was a Group Board Director with Secta, part of Tribal Group Plc. At Tribal Secta he was the board Director responsible for the Change and improvement division across health and social care. He is also Business Development Director for Engage to Perform Ltd a consultancy business specialising in diagnostic tools for medical engagement and clinical safety.Peter sold the company he founded, MSA Ferndale Consulting to Tribal Group in 2002. He is a former director of a global ‘blue chip’ consultancy and was responsible for heading-up its UK Health Consulting Practice. Professionally Peter specialises in devising and implementing alternative delivery models for public sector services. He has also led a number of successful social care outsourcing and PFI / PPP deals.He was an accredited Gateway Reviewer and Team Leader with the Cabinet Office and the Department of Health and has participated in numerous reviews of ‘high risk’ healthcare projects. He has led a number of Gateway Review of Health services re-configurations. He is also an associate with Local Partnerships.
