I entered the workforce when I was around 11 years old and I was assigned to help clean up the job sites, however, while working I was able to study the character traits needed to be a successful employee and how to interact with customers. At 15 I got my first retail job at Tim Horton's where I was a team member where I regularly opened at 6 a.m. in the summer, and during the school year, I would from 3 p.m. to 7-10 p.m. After about a year I quit due to a lack of scheduled hours. I then got a job at Little Caesar's where I started as a team member and after about 5 months I was promoted to shift supervisor where I overlooked opening or closing the store, dealing with unsatisfied customers, solving tech issues, assigning other employees to work & cleaning tasks, and sending home employees.
