The job requires knowledge and understanding of the employees qualifications in order to properly staff each position and follow union contract protocol in assigning shifts. I currently use Kronos ESP and Infor WB to schedule, as well as MS Excel for rotation lists. I also share in handling all email queries for the department, and assist in future book offs for vacation, WCB, GRTW and other leaves for employees.
