Current- Managing a 2-3 million territory with growth in a price driven market- Educate surgeons and staff in corporate meetings- Assists in cadaver labs for technical and anatomic education- Case plan with associate reps to discuss implant and instrument logistics- Works directly with the surgical staff for case planning, instrumentation, and inventory management- Works directly with the surgeon to discuss a surgical plan on a case by case basis- Acts as a liaison in surgery to instruct the surgical staff on the use of instrumentation- Delivers and manages inventory for surgical procedures- Preceptor to new hires learning the orthopedic industry- Certified under Johnson and Johnson salesforce certification for 9 years - Manages patient specific instrumentation based off of CT technology- Able to identify X-Rays/CT's to determine a surgical plan- Extremely knowledgeable in total knee, shoulder, and hip arthroplasty- Extremely knowledgeable in revision total knee, shoulder, and hip arthroplasty- Extremely knowledgeable in fracture management and trauma application- On call 24/7 to address trauma and other surgical add-on procedures -
