Platform Manager for suite of applications that form part of Sky’s UK Customer Management Systems. The teams comprised of Design, Development, and Platform Support disciplines and numbered up to 70 resources depending on workload.Responsible for - The Business areas that the team supported comprise of UK and European Supply Chain, UK / ROI Engineering workforce, Sky Studios workforce scheduling and main Integration bus (ESB).- Systems delivery and support for Engineering function for 4200 mobile engineers using bespoke iPad app fully integrated with ERP to ensure complete transparency on where every asset was.- Working in partnership with exec stakeholders to ensure systems match the strategy of the business.- Third party vendor management of Distribution partners and Application Vendors including Click Software, IBM, IFS and Salesforce- Budget management for all hardware / software / resource costs within scope of Department.- Contractual and Procurement negotiation with third party software providers.

Working as part of the CBS Design TDA within BSkyB the role involves Enterprise Architecture / Design Governance / Delivery Management / Process Improvement.Responsible for promoting, socialising and agreeing the decision to build Sky's Engineering application in house.

Design Manager for Sky Business with team of up to 8 Solution Architects . This role encompassed technical governance and resource management responsibilities for all Design deliveries onto Sky's B2B CRM System

Delivery of Business to Business CRM system. In this position I managed 6 Development Team Leads and up to 100 Developers.The teams included Billing and Customer Management Dev, Integration (IBM Product Set) and Reporting.I was part of the leadership team that took this project over after three previous management iterations, three years and multiple tens of millions spent so far. The project was 14% complete at the start of our tenure, and it was delivered to test sign off, through UAT sign off and then into Production with a well controlled budget.
