As the director of the boys side of the club, I oversee the development and appropriate placement of over 350 players, as well as coaching four of the club's top level teams. I have lead two teams to three Massachusetts State Cup titles: 1999s (2015, 2016) and 2003s (2016). This led to competing in the Region 1 Championships in West Virginia in both 2015 and 2016.Part of my job has been to create a curriculum that not only provides practical training exercises and sessions for our coaches to match with the club's philosophy, but that also outlines the philosophy and playing style of the club as well as the methodologies and periodization cycles to be used in training at all ages of the club. I am responsible for coach education, working with coaches to improve their abilities, and identifying common themes and weaknesses within the teams throughout the club and developing ways of addressing them.During my work at AVSC, I have developed three players that are now playing in a Development Academy program in Massachusetts, one at the U12 age group and two at the U18 age groups, as well as an AVSC that is part of the id2 program, placing him in the U14 National team pool for the 2017-2018 cycle.

I assisted the head coach in developing and delivering training sessions, including leading full sessions and functional training segments. Worked on developing post-match recovery sessions and focused on match analysis and tactical elements of the team's setup for upcoming games. I was also active in the recruitment of student-athletes, attending tournaments throughout Massachusetts.

Allston, Massachusetts

Coached the Boston University Men's Soccer Club starting in their first year of recognition by Boston University. Arranged session plans for each practice (three days/week) and coached on game day. Led team to Boston Division title (2013, 2014), New England Conference Title (2013), and NIRSA Region 1 semi-finalist (2013).

Reading, Massachusetts

Worked with the varsity coach in training session preparation and delivery, including technical and tactical sessions, match preparation sessions, recovery sessions, and in-game management. Worked extensively with the goalkeepers.

Bound Brook, New Jersey

Worked with numerous town programs throughout Northern and Central New Jersey. Coached three club teams with Watchung Hills Soccer Association in the MNJYSA.
