• Installs, replaces, and relocates computer equipment and related peripheral devices, and makes appropriate connections and disconnections of cabling, as directed.
• Assists in setting up computer networks.
• Assists in setting up local area networks and related network equipment.

• Communicates with users over the phone and in person regarding the more basic computer related problems and provides solutions to basic network problems.

• Manage, maintain, and monitor of network infrastructure. Perform helpdesk support for up to 50 end-users. Help organization utilize information system to better improve the daily transaction.
• Ensures the organizations information system is functioning properly on a daily basis. Propose for any upgrade needed to the information system for any immediate and future needs.
• Management of everyday task of adding deleting users from Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft SQL.
• Running of the daily backup of all data that is stored on the network. Data includes SQL database, Web Sites, Microsoft Exchange, Crystal Reports, and all public and private user folders. All backup are done with.
• Knowledge of FUJITSU 9600 PBX phone system. Adding, deleting, and moving individual phones around the company. Monitor, maintain and backup of voice mail, and phone directory database.
• Keep computer hardware and software updated to meet organization’s needs.
