• Tasked with making a ‘Cost-Analysis’ report on the freight expenses of the business.• Communicated with staff to understand the business’ needs, in terms of freight.• Provided correct analysis to report current freight costs and forecast future freight expenses.Key Accomplishments: • Freight costs were reduced significantly from $2m annually due to the cost analysis report.
