Over the past 30 months at Core Systems and then SAP (after the acquisition) we have successfully implemented the Secure SDL framework in the Engineering and Development Team plus all requirements for the GDPR in the EU. We have implemented Vulnerability Management scanning of all proprietary GitHub repository and third party libraries that we use in our artifact repositories. We have taken the Security Validation from failure on a quarterly basis to success over the last 18 months consistently. Over the past 12 months I have taken FSM from zero certifications to ISO27001, ISO 22301 and most importantly Classified Cyber Protection Scheme (CCPS) for the Chinese Cyber Security Law as published in China. This was a first for SAP.

Joined this flight academy in Glendale Arizona as the Director of Operations. This job entailed managing 75 flight instructors, 25 administration staff and 6 Chinese student leaders.Total resources under my management included 48 single engine, fixed wing aircraft, 75 Certified flight instructors and 5 Advanced Aviation Training Devices (Simulators)Students (200): With the help of two administrators and six student leaders we tracked the progress of these students from Private through Commercial and ATP (Jet transition course).

Was responsible the the building of the data center architecture, including servers, OS, networking (internal and external (BGP on Cisco)) and rack space deployment.Oversaw a team of 22 Systems Administrators that operated different aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Data Center and Customer Technical Support Department. Directed 17 programmers that developed code for various projects utilizing PERL, Java and C++. These two teams reported directly to the Data Center Manager and Shift Supervisor (on the support side) and to a Senior Systems Analyst on the development team who in turn reported into myself.
