Product realization and optimization.Collaborate with vendors (mainly Cisco) on product certification and feature enhancement to meet AT&T's requirements.Develop architecture and high-level design (HLD) for the largest and most complex Cisco SD-WAN implementations for AT&T customers.Improve, optimize, and enhance Day 0, Day 1, and Day 2 operations for Cisco SD-WAN with AT&T across various fronts.Work with scripting and automation teams to develop tools necessary for improving the deployment of Cisco SD-WAN with AT&T (including zero-touch provisioning, pre/post-check programs, and massive, fast deployments with minimal human input).

Position: Global Technical Support - 3rd line network engineer (HP, P&G account) – Participating on WAN projects – moving sites to BGP routing protocol, activating MPLS lines (moving from leased lines), VPN backup implementations– Design of new sites, re-design of whole EMEA region from LL to MPLS(Belgium,France, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, Netherland, Pakistan, Egypt). Migration from LL with Eigrp to MPLS with BGP. – Working on problem tickets (prevention against reoccurring incidents, fixing complex issues)– Ordering of new devices, communicate with site, arrange down time and full implementation of new sites.– Communicate with Cisco and opening TAC case.

Position: Global Technical Support - 2nd line network engineer (HP, P&G account) - Mainly focusing on incidents. - Responsible for incidents solving, participating on daily and monthly projects (ISDN, VPN, VSAT backups line checking and fixing issues). - Responsible for project management of operation bridge (taking care of problems discovered during repeating issues on wan links, routers, … reporting to management, escalating to higher level)
