Current1.Maintaining effective communication on all daily room reservations made in order to provide efficient service delivery.2.Managing no-show and cancellation reports on daily basis whilst charging no-show and cancellations as per the hotel policy.3.Maintaining and showing a complete product knowledge of the property.4.Maintaining best practice on Rate structure by applying rate management during reservation process.5.Complying with hotel policies on billings, routings, A/R and PM accounts. 6.Managing the OXI for Inventory by making sure accurate number of rooms are sold from the daily availability/room inventory together with correct room rates.7.Monitoring competitors for daily occupancy and room rates and recommended changes based on the findings. 8.Verifying room rates to make sure are matching rate codes and market segments.9.Managing online booking extranet systems in order to verify new reservations made daily and make sure all reservations details are updated accurately in PMS.10.Analyzing all individuals, corporate clients,and travel agents booking requirements, providing recommendation whilst confirming their reservations.11.Coordinating fully with Sales Department and Front Office in order to manage all communication for individuals reservations and group bookings.12.Maintaining reports and file system accurately as per the Crowne Plaza IHG Standards.13.Managing the Team Planner System by updating the History and Forecast data on daily and weekly basis.14.Coordinating with reservation manager on daily group bookings by receiving and entering available rooming list, to ensure all blocks in PMS are picked up.15.Preparing daily morning briefing slides on daily basis.16.Preparing,read and analyzing the daily Revenue Pick up Report.17.Tackle situations and resolve problems in absence of department seniors.17.Acting as a role model within the organization,promote and maintain a good public relations.
