I am a geologist with more than 30 years’ exploration, development and operations experience, particularly related to nickel, gold and lead- zinc within Australia.I have a passion for driving business sustainability by effectively managing the growth pillars for a mineral company that may include discovery through exploration, successful operations, feasibility studies of company assets and/or business development transactions. I seek to achieve these goals by providing inclusive and supportive leadership, building workforce capability and active engagement for ‘big picture’ thinking.I am currently a fulltime Technical Director of Constellation Resources, a copper, gold and nickel explorer with first mover exposure to the rapidly developing natural hydrogen industry. I have also been undertaking roles as a Non-Executive Director of Poseidon Nickel since 2020 and consulting services for ASX-listed companies through Unearthed Geological Consulting Pty Ltd.I previously worked at Mincor Resources NL for 15 years, including as Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operational Officer and Exploration Manager. As Exploration Manager, I was part of a team responsible for many of Mincor’s nickel exploration successes. This work was recognised with the awarding of the 2020 AMEC ‘Prospector of the Year’ award for the Cassini nickel sulphide discovery.
