Cycle Counting and Stock Managemento Define and implement a cycle counting process to ensure accurate stock pulling from designated bins and improve stock accuracy.o Develop a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to establish control mechanisms, addressing issues such as stock rotation and write-offs caused by incorrect stock retrieval practices by forklift drivers.5. Depot Audit Gap Closureo Collaborate with SHEQ to ensure timely closure of identified audit gaps within depots, serving as a source of escalation for unresolved issues.6. Order to Delivery Lead Times and Process Optimizationo Review and critically assess the order to delivery process, which currently operates on a 48-hour lead time, identifying inefficiencies and dead zones.o Conduct on-site evaluations of the process to observe inefficiencies firsthand and propose streamlining activities to enhance efficiency.

Management of Two Business Units (BU) – Finished Goods and Factory:• Orchestrate the efficient management of 2 critical business units, ensuring seamless coordination between finished goods and factory operations to meet requirements while optimizing manufacturing resources and adhering to inventory and cost targets.• Utilize Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) principles to develop and enforce cost-effective plans and schedules, ensuring timely fulfilment of customer requirements. • Prepare forward production plans, considering seasonal influences, holidays, growth, and change plans, contributing to effective budget preparation and ongoing review.• Spearhead the day-to-day leadership and management of a team of five direct reports, overseeing Warehouse, Customer Service, Demand Planning, Inbound, and Inventory Management. • Demonstrate expertise in Product Lifecycle Management, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Demand and Supply Management, Master Data Management, and Logistics 3PL contract and daily operations management.• Conduct root cause analysis sessions following 3PL reviews, implemented government, risk, and compliance measures for both business units.• Lead cost-saving projects to enhance the efficiency and competitiveness of the supply chain.• Directly manage primary freight costs and contracts, conducted stock counts and inventory reconciliations.• Align daily system-to-system inventory, contributing to effective budget and capital expenditure preparation.• Execute supplier benchmarking, verify proof of performance for all suppliers, and manage all 3PL tenders, Service Level Agreements (SLA), and contract preparation to ensure optimal supplier relationships.• Conduct sales and returns analysis, cost-to-serve analysis, and actively manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing insights for informed decision-making.• Oversee country review reporting and perform quality performance assessments on all 3PL sites.
