Ensuring efficient utilization of University resources including overall management of outsourced services to ensure they meet the University management’s expectations; Ensuring that tender evaluation criteria are adequate and established prior to the release of the tender; reviewing technical evaluation reports for completeness and compliance with the pre-established evaluation criteria and performing financial evaluations based on the principle of best value for money; Advising requisitioning units and recipient entities on the full range of procurement issues, providing support and guidance at all stages of the procurement cycle;
