Provide standardization and migration of Air Force environmental Mission Data Sets (MDS).Perform analysis on MDS in a Geo-database environment performing spatial, attributes, metadata creation utilizing the Data Layer Specification (DLS - USAF - Env. GIS Support Program) & Spatial Data Standards for Infrastructure, and Environment (SDSFIE 3.1) schema. Worked for several Air Force bases in Texas, bases in Europe, and now located in Ft. Collins, CO working on bases in Georgia and North Carolina.

• Generated a navigation network routing system, and location program for Qatar, Petroleum.• Created ESRI, Garmin mapping and Navteq navigation products from enhanced road data. • Managing field staff, sub-contract surveyors performing field verification and quality control.• Administering security passes for site investigation, fleet vehicles, and office IT duties.
