To provide leadership and excellent work environment for a team of highly motivated individuals in order to develop and tap individual potential to achieve demanding company targets.-Achieve Branch monthly sales and collection targets.-Directly oversee, support and develop staff so as to run a high performance team.-Manage all branch functions, logistics and performance issues.-Deliver fast rate customer service-Build excellent relationships with customers, partners and opinion leaders in the catchment area.-Provide accurate and timely reports to management on branch progress, customer trends and market opportunities.-Oversee customer applications, approvals , disbursement and their collections.

•Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.•Ensure allocated accounts (dues) are monitored on a daily basis and appropriate actions taken to ensure that the collection portfolio remains within accepted limits through the application of sound credit judgement within policy guidelines.•Plan course of action to recover the outstanding arrears.•Locate and contact debtors to inquire of their payment status.•Negotiating settlements of the arrears from defaulters.•Handle customer complaints and enquiries.•Investigate and resolve discrepancies.•Create trust relationships with debtors when possible to avoid future issues.•Work closely with the Digital Financial Service agents on debt collection.•Ensure all PTP information is captured accurately and tracked.•Identify and escalate uncollectible cases to Digital Financial Management Team for review and or collection termination.•Monitor payments to ensure that each defaulter account holder is held to his or her promise of payment.

• Business appraisals, vet loan applications for disbursement purposes.• Recruiting new clients and manage quality customer services and relations• Ensure effective marketing of all company products and services• Carry out Business Development Services / Training programmes for clients • Determine potential risk areas and conduct periodic loan reviews.• Monitor loan performance.• Ensure debt collection of all disbursed loans• Follow-up with defaulters to recover payments
