1. Overseeing and supervising associates on client assignmentsto ensure that assignments are prepared and delivered withinthe agreed timelines;2. Reviewing work prepared by associates for accuracy andquality and to ensure the assignment is prepared inaccordance with the tax legislation;3. Research, analyze and interpret tax legislation during reviewof income tax, withholding tax, value added tax, and Pay-As-You-Earn computations and return to ensure that the positiontaken is supported by tax legislation;4. Analyzing client information and preparing/reviewing incometax computations and returns for clients;5. Conducting due diligence assignments on companies in the ITsector, energy sector, real estates, mining companies,insurances6. Conducting health checks on companies in the IT sector,energy sector, real estates, mining companies, insurances etc;7. Research, analyze and interpret tax legislation for the purposeof providing advice to clients on various tax matters includingtax planning and restructuring measures;8. Assisting clients in conducting tax account reconciliationswith the revenue authority;9. Assisting clients with dispute resolutions resulting fromissuance of tax assessment by the ZRA. This included draftingobjection letters to audit assessments and holding meetingswith the ZRA on behalf of clients to resolve matters relating toaudit assessments; and10. Liaising with tax and other regulatory authorities with respectto various tax matters on behalf of clients.

1. Conducting Surveys through observations, participatoryresearch, focus group discussions and in-depth interviews inurban settlements in Lusaka and other parts of Zambia2. Data analysis and report writing including the mapping of thecatchment area3. Documenting all stakeholder meetings and preparing reports4. Mobilizing community members to form housing savingschemes; set up Informal Settlements Networks in Urbansettlements5. Engaging & Negotiating with Central government and LocalAuthorities to support community led approaches to slumupgrading housing & poverty eradication in UrbanSettlements6. Organizing & participating in community feedback forums,stakeholder meetings, conferences and slum forums in UrbanSettlements7. Conducting loan evaluation for loan beneficiaries in UrbanSettlements
