As a key management member of the core team at a successful Danish greentech company specializing in water and wastewater purification, I have contributed to and led BioKube from its inception in the domestic market to its expansion into 40 global markets.Following a successful establishment and a tripling of the company’s revenue and earnings from 2018 to 2021, creating a solid growth phase, we put the company up for sale in 2022. We identified the perfect owner, where we could leverage a range of synergies, and in 2022, the company was acquired by the Irish industrial group Tricel. Today, BioKube is an integral and well-integrated part of the entire industrial group and is in the process of capitalizing on the many opportunities that arise from developing and marketing the combined portfolio of products and services across the group's many home markets.Key recent achievements worth highlighting include:Establishing a solid growth foundation with sales and support offices in the Danish and Swedish core markets for wholesalers and dealers.Establishing and consolidating a well-functioning service organization with field service technicians, office staff, and a CRM planning system serving more than 6,000 annual service customers.Tripling the company’s revenue and earnings within a three-year period.Successfully completing the sale of the company to a new Irish industrial group, Tricel.Executing the transfer and integration of the SME into becoming a permanent part of a large corporation.Planning and initiating a new five-year growth plan to set the direction for the company’s future growth.
