Documental:1) To prepare look ahead as per work program and target given from construction manager.2) To prepare necessary approved drawings for the ongoing activity and distribute it to site team.3) To prepare risks that might happen for look ahead program.4) To prepare all the QHSE documents for the activities taking place on site.5) To prepare the 3rd parties’ certificates for platforms, hoist, scaffolding if required.6) To prepare coordination documents with the MEP and ITP for the material used at site and method of statements to make sure the team is following the required specifications.7) To raise IR to consultant and municipalities for inspections in order to proceed with the activity.8) To prepare a daily man power attendance to be distributed accordingly, to give the site team a daily target. 9) To make sure safety permissions are signed from safety team and instructions are followed on site.10) To attend a regular project site meeting discussing progress and KPI.On Site:1) To distribute manpower according to target and work program and to monitor during the day.2) To arrange sequence of activities.3) To give tool box for the site team to make sure the QHSE are followed accordingly.4) To attend meetings with the sub-contractors to follow up on their progress at site and to monitor their technical output making sure it is line with the projects design intent and specifications.5) To arrange site logistics according to the ongoing activity.6) To request for all necessary material and tools as per site requirements and look ahead program.7) To cooperate with the MEP and other sub-contractors at site not to delay their activities not to delay the sequence of work.8) To follow up with the quality team regarding any DCM, CAR or NCR issued.9) To make sure the site team is following the latest approved or revised drawings.10) To follow up regarding the site safety, quality at site with respect for the municipality regulations.

Duties:Documental:¬ Internally:♣ To study the project bill of quantity and get the project object. ♣ To submit all the required companies’ profiles and materials to be approved by the client (or) the consultant.♣ To prepare all the internal contracts with the subcontractors.♣ To prepare minutes of meeting during the executing stage.♣ To prepare variation orders and subcontractors, suppliers and client’s payments.¬ Externally:♣ To get necessary NOC from the authorities at the initial phase such as Dubai municipality, Dubai electric and water authority, roads and transportation authority, etc.♣ Experience in dealing with governmental system for approvals and regular inspections like Dubai municipality, etc.Practical:• Prepare a project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities related to the man power and resources in the company.• Provide a monthly project status reports by collection, analyzing and summarizing information about the project progress and the milestones of the time table.• Control project costs by approving expenditures, administering contractor contracts.• Negotiate with subcontractors and following up with them during the project to match the schedule.• To quality control and following up with company site team and subcontractors.• To propose revised plans for recovery and achieve the planned schedule.

Duties:• To do all estimation work from substructure, superstructure to the fit-out work and finishes.• To design fit out drawings for various construction type such as offices, shops, warehouses, etc.• To plan a BOQ and file a quotation sheet to the client.• To produce material request for the project and deal with the sub-contractor(s) to finish their duties in time according to the quality, cost and time schedule.• To meet the client and make sure that the job scope is done regarding to his satisfactions. • To visit the sites in order to ensure that all is done according to the BOQ, conditions and terms of the contract and to make a report for the site visit.

Duties:• To quantity surveying the whole projects: concrete, reinforced concrete, columns, smells, beams, etc.• To ensure that all assigned work is completed on time and within the agreed budgets.• To Attend meetings with clients, contractors and owners.• To Carry out site visits and surveys.• To budget and process financial measurements.

Duties:• To Ensure that the construction in the field, suits the designer’s drawing.• To Ensure that all engineering activities are financially fitting and the complete design is delivered to the agreed budget.• To Supervise the project and oversee change.• To Ensure correct use of materials.• To order machinery and materials.
