Roles:- Chemical, physical, and sensory analysis of raw materials, intermediate, and finished products- Ensuring all lab activities comply with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and lab safety guidelines- Implementing and maintaining 5s in the laboratory- Performing root cause analyses on identified non-conformances- Implementing internal quality control measures to enforce reliability of analytical results

Roles:- Sampling of raw materials, packaging materials, intermediate products, and finished products- Analysis of the above to check for compliance with the relevant standards- Preparation and standardization of laboratory reagents- Assisting in the preparation and reviewing of standard operating procedures- Calibration of laboratory equipment and instruments- Instrumental analysis using UV/Vis spectrophotometer, HPLC, Karl Fischer titrator, potentiometer, polarimeter, tablet dissolution & disintegration testers- Finished product stability testing- Maintaining documentation related to laboratory activities- Maintaining laboratory inventory
