A new position was created for me to develop & execute all A Grade projects across the South Pacific Region within the Sales & Marketing Function.With a vacancy opening up to run our Key Customer Team & my level of experience & expertise in Sales/General Management I was appointed to this position.As Head of Key Customers I run a national team of 12 Sales Executives focused on delivering growth through our Key Customer market segment. My team plays a key role in the success and failure of our organization & we are pivotal in achieving the revenue & profit targets for the organization.

Overall responsibility for driving the Finance, Operations, Supply Chain and Sales Functions. Creating a Leading culture and driving forward a business through our newly developed strategic plan. This plan has been developed with investment in mind to expand our business across the Pacific Islands as well as develop our key offerings to our core markets in Fiji, Samoa and Tonga.
