Ever since I was a child I have been told I have a personality perfect for sales. Having moved several times throughout the course of my life has made me fearless in my endeavors to meet new people and establish long lasting relationships with those close to me and those I interact with. With these two things at the forefront of my mind when graduating college, hotel sales was a natural fit for me. I graduated from Mercyhurst University with a BA in Hospitality Management, and could not be happier with my choice. By utilizing my innate skills as a people-person as well as the training I acquired at MU, I provide excellent customer service by anticipating and exceeding customer needs. I enjoy building and maintaining personal relationships with those that I work with and those that I accommodate. Using my enthusiasm and creativity along with my work ethic, I do my best to motivate my coworkers and to create a friendly yet productive work environment.
