Project Manager
CurrentDuties• To manage, track and expedite Projects/installation on a National level, utilising Project Management principles.• Ensure Projects are installed, commissioned and operating as per client requirements, within specified timeframes.• Manage all Roll-outs on a National level• Ensure that Business Rules are adhered to.• Anticipate and identify deviations from the original project plan and resolve accordingly• Log, analyse and manage potential and actual issues and risks, taking corrective action by tackling day-to-day issues head on and reviewing how more serious issues and risks might impact on scope, schedule. Quality and Cost• Keep all stakeholders updated, from project initiation through to completion• Responsible for the preparation of presentations, proposals, reports, internal monthly reports and the completion of statistics• Presales Support• Establishing and maintaining a team of resources, consistently capable of delivering any project outputs, adapting to changing demands in workload and deliverables• Supply weekly and monthly management reports.• Liaise with internal and external parties/departments to facilitate all requirements in terms of implementation: i.e.o Client o Telcoo Saleso Product Managerso Procuremento Storeso 3rd party vendorso Regional Ops Managerso Technical Co-ordinators and technicianso High Level Support and Product development
