At DATACOM I work as an outsourced senior customer service representative for the Australian Taxation Office, my work currently includes regulation of government documentation, IT resolutions, information and resources for individuals and businesses in relation to tax, early intervention and debt management, as well as account management and collectionAs the ATO outsourced responsibility to DATACOM as customer service representative I have been exposed to large number of clients from the Australian public as well as overseas clients in relations to their tax obligations to the Australia taxation office. The role consists of interacting with numerous entities not limited to individual alone including non-individual entities such as companies as well as accounting firm. Thus performing alternate service to meet the specific needs of the enquiry to arrive to the solution. As such the role has allowed to refine my analytic skills, deduction as well as communication skills. Adapt to every situation and learn as much as possible

As facility and accommodation team of international business school, have been exposed with people from all parts of the world and can efficiently build a rapport with almost anyone even in short interaction. It has allowed me to develop key sense prioritization skills and attention to detail. The role has refined my communication skills that could both from an internal to all levels of the school and external perspective. Key responsibility during the academic semester support in management of accommodation, maintenance and overall logistics support to over 100 undergraduate and over 90 graduate students, numbers varying with each semester.
