I have spent a great amount of time developing leadership experience with product and service development projects in the telecommunications, high-tech, and financial services industries. This was achieved through working with several high-tech companies implementing their product development, systems engineering, and professional services processes or organizations. My passion often includes representing a company's vision within customer accounts by discussing enabling technologies, developing business plans, formulating technical solutions, and establishing or growing their professional services (i.e. consulting) portfolio. At the end of the day, what keeps me going is being given the opportunity to develop problem-solving strategies for getting to client issues quickly and accelerating the client's projects by combining industry-specific expertise, technical know-how, and a pragmatism that stems from significant implementation experience. I have been fortunate enough to develop this leadership experience with product and service development projects across a number of different industries.
