As country manager in Sweden, for our three business areas, Cranes, Installation and Heavy Haulage, I work together with our 250 fantastic employees, for developing Havator an even better company.

Havator is a business group with operations that involve crane services, special transports, section assembly and harbor crane services. Havator speciality is all-in project solutions in collaboration with skilled partners.Havator has operations in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Russia and the Baltic States. Group sales amount to over 110 mEUR and there are approx. 600 employees

Responsible for the finance department that handles the group's finances, with a turnover of approximately 100 million and four subsidiaries. Acquisition analyzes, liquidity planning, business planning and business structure is an important part of my chores. Reports regularly to the Board and management team. Roles that I tried during this time is a project manager, quality manager, support manager (5 employees) and temporary CEO.

I started to work as a controller for three years, where the main tasks were budgeting, investment tracking, product costing. The next role I had in three years was Accounting Manager which included reporting to the Chief Executive assignments in key strategic projects like saving project coordinator in 100 million / variable costs. After six years in the company, I got the opportunity to become CFO with staff of six finance staff. Another role I worked with the Finance / Market Support Manager (2008-2011) where the department covered about 25 employees with responsibility for logistics (production and supply planning).Has also worked as a projectleader in the finance / IT projects.
