Equipment set ups and efficiencies areas to improve production and to focus them on safety, Haul road widths, surface cambers, intersection management, water management off haul roads, sediment pond construction, help them develop haul road standards safety berm standards, signage standards. People management skills for people working under them, effectiveness of communication skills to get their messages across to the crews. Work with superintendents / Supervisors with shift handovers and pre-shift supervisor meeting. Help them with SIC short intermit control for production of equipment to identify areas of loss and improvement, how to audit equipment as it is working to ensure Operators are utilising equipment correctly. Coordinate meetings with production and maintenance departments so priorities and schedules are aligned with mining targets and what needs to be put in place to achieve targets while equipment is down.
