Senior Operations Manager
This position has given me such top-level expertise in so many areas. I feel very privileged that I am able to develop and implement rigorous operations & training evolutions, as well as plan, direct, and coordinate learning objectives and instructional strategies for over 1,200 Marines. My role involves full-lifecycle operations management including but not limited to strategic operations planning & execution, scheduling, training, employee relations, performance management, individual/team/organizational development, and compliance. Cost control and process improvements are also main components of this role, and I have acquired expert-level knowledge of multi-million dollar operations, on a global basis, with considerable experience working abroad to ensure top-tier training and management. My position also involves the planning and execution of training programs, operations and conferences designed to improve job knowledge, increase efficiencies, and reduce redundancies. My scope of responsibility also includes the end-to-end logistical oversight, coordination, and program development for moving personnel and multi-million dollars in equipment. My performance was recognized for outstanding efforts, initiative, and performance in consolidating processes, and improving personnel and pay administration.
