USG People is creating a new system with PEGA for it's labels over different countries. The assignment is to setup a test approach that meets the SCRUM approach of the project.Besides test management Peter had several other roles on the project. ONe of them was Implementation manager for the project.

From the start of 2009 the business unit Testfactory became Art of Testing.On january 1st of 2011 the company was rebranded to "Cerios", when merging with the sister company

After the performancerelease Peter was asked to do a testmanagement job for serveral projects at the same time. All of the applications for the AOV department were changed because of the integration of three new brands. Peter set up a testteam of 6 systemtesters and 12 acceptance testers.

When SVA 2.0 went to production, the testteam at the Interpolis program 1AOV shrinked. When this happend, Peter was asked to do some tasks that the testmanager used to do. Peter, worked at a testplanning for the department SZ AOV. He also helped to set up acceptancecriteria. Next to these two tasks, Peter worked as a testcoördinator for serveral minor.

After the 1AOV release in juni 2008 there were problems with the performance of the front-end applications.For this release Peter lead a team of 4 systemtesters. He also set up an automatic testing proces for a SOA environment. The testlevels which Peter worked on were: Systemtest and System Integration Test.

After the SVA 2.0 release, Peter was asked to do another SVA release which would fix a few minor problems and also some new functionality. The system testteam Peter lead was one tester. The acceptance testteam was 2 testers.

Peter started his job at Interpolis as a Testcoördinator within the program 1AOV. Peter was in charge of testing for release of SVA 2.0. When Peter arrived there was only an acceptancetest. Peter set up a systemtest en futher improved the acceptancetest according the TMap approach.Peter lead a system testteam of 2 testers. He also lead an acceptance.

Peter was asked to come back to ICTRO to work as a testcoördinator. During the time working here Peter had serveral releases succesful tested by a team of 3 testers. Peter did more then one release at the same time.Also Peter made some improvements for the testproces.

Peter started to work as a tester for the Fortis ASR project. The project was TMAP based. During this project Peter used several testtechniques like de PCT, SYN and SEM.After a few months Peter was asked to do a special module. Within 6 weeks de software was deleverd and tested by a team of 6 people wich Peter lead.

Peter worked voor ICTRO for the GPS project as a testenginer. The testproject was based on TMAP.Peter met testspecifications using formal techniques like the PCT.After working for the GPS project for 3 months Peter worked for the maintenance department at ICTRO as a junior tester. Peter has worked with techniques like SYN, SEM, PCT and EVT
