I am the Founder and Managing Director of Axzam Consulting Limited, an operational consulting business operating in the asset management sector. I am proud to be the COO of Hereford Capital an exciting emerging alternative asset manager and work with other clients. I also continue to proudly represent KB Associates (recently acquired by Waystone), the top-quality international funds consultancy and Manco provider, and head up their London Office. I hold several Non-Executive Directorships.I am an experienced public speaker, including chairing conferences, moderating panels, hosting round tables and presenting on various topics including new fund launches, outsourcing and service provider selection, operational management and operational due diligence. I also lecture on the Henley Business School Hedge Fund Executive Programme and the Paris Dauphine Exec MBA program.I have worked in the financial services industry since 1989. I have expertise as a COO at several firms, in operational due diligence at a fund of funds, and in change management. Prior to that, I worked in the investment banking industry in a number of senior operational and change management roles at ANZ (in New Zealand), Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan.I have also advised the Alternative Investment Management Association (AIMA) authoring, or contributing to, various DDQs and Guides to Sound Practices over many years, and have been a member of their Sound Practices Committee since inception. I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree (Hons) in Physics from the University of Birmingham, am a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and of the Chartered Governance Institute.
