Peter has had an extensive career in the banking and finance, hospitality and professional services sectors. In these roles, his work has focused on diverse complex systems ranging from project management/business system implementations, fraud detection, business analysis, legislation compliance/interpretation, award interpretation, rostering/manpower analysis and other system centric projects. Across these roles, he has had significant exposure to organisations of all sizes and structures. In 2018, Peter moved into the disability sector, supporting organisation wide system implementations, change management programs and focusing on the challenges associated with NDIS compliance.Prior to 2018, Peter had worked on a number of projects in the banking and casino sectors revolving around change management and project management. Culminating in international travel to countries such as Cambodia and Macau.Peter’s passion is data analysis trending, reporting and helping organisations reach their full potential by assisting them to gain a better understanding of their businesses through data analysis, and effective utilisation of technology, systems and processes. There being a strong emphasis on effective use of manpower.
