Equipment Operator duties: • Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled products to standards• Ensure proper health and safety procedures are adhered to• Adjust and maintain machinery, repairing or replacing parts when necessary • Diagnosing mechanical issues and resolving in a time effective manner• Responsible for ensuring equipment is maintained and cleaned to a food grade standard dailyDairy Hand Duties• Fencing and farm maintenance• Animal husbandry and simple tests• Handling, moving and drafting of livestock safely• Milking twice daily

• Maintaining Filling Equipment• Preparing stock for transportation• Working with team members to meet production quotas effectively• Handling hazardous chemicals daily in safe manor

Some of my duties included:• Liaising extensively with clients to provide prompt and efficient technical support on site and on the phone• Speaking one on one with costumers, effectively explaining complex information in an easily-understood manner• Providing training to clients on how to effectively use new hardware and software to benefit their business• Designing IT hardware systems to meet the costumers specifications and requirements• Advising clients on what products would be most effective in their work environment• Maintaining network and hardware systems already in place• Advising on future upgrades and what systems may need upgrading to stay with current standards• Working in conjunction with third party support and software companies to install hardware and software • Installing workstations on site, ensuring work is completed effectively and neatly, proper structured cabling in place and that health and safety requirements are being met• Installation of office equipment, including and not limited to, Large Format Printers, Mono and Laser printers, inkjet, fax machines• Repairing of a range of equipment, including replacing hard drives, upgrading RAM, replacing faulty motherboards, broken screens on laptops and tablets• Ghosting of workstations with custom ISO’s• A high level of attention to detail, and a strong desire to complete work to a high standard• Demonstrating expertise in Windows operating systems, including, and not limited to, Vista, W7, W8, W8.1, W10, Windows SBS.• Previous experience working in active schools, installing products and instructing teachers on proper use• Each client is different; experience working with doctors, primary schools, solicitors, and insurance brokers• Be proficient with a range of client software, and have the ability to pick up how new client software works• Experience with anti-virus software and range of office software, including SAGE, TAS, COLLSOFT, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
