Reviews weekly outbound payroll files for any errors prior to these files’ delivery to the clients. Reviews weekly payroll adjustment files for participants who are out of sync for deductions, and need deductions updated on upcoming paychecks. Handles spending account reconciliations for both clients, in which reviews of different spending accounts are accomplished and presented to the clients. Assists with new associate questions for any inbound tickets. Coordinates with other team members for any client escalations to limit participant and client impact. Participates in open enrollment testing and reviewing. Assists with reviewing year end payroll files and reports prior to client delivery. Attends customer care call review listening sessions to ensure client and participant satisfaction. Attends weekly operations call with both clients to discuss ongoing topics of concern, such as aging tickets, participant escalations, open enrollment, and year end processing.

Assisted with items such as processing of participant questions via inbound tickets, processing of enrollment events on accounts, and account updates. Processed weekly and monthly tasks related to payroll, employer reports, spending account employer seed money, and retirement benefits. Participated in testing, delivering, and working through open enrollment for various clients. Reviewed year end payroll files to be sent to various clients.

Attended all games and practices, completed all duties necessary to help the football team.Worked with the running backs coach to coordinate the individual position practice periods. Set up and cleaned up after drills and helped run drills. Supported the position coach and players in any other way possible. Setup and breakdown the field on game days. Collected and inventoried uniforms and equipment after games. Traveled with team for away and bowl games. Duties on game day include setting up the sideline and locker room, warming up players, meeting with officials, on sideline responsible for the game balls, clean up of the sideline and locker room, inventory equipment and uniforms, and load trailer if at away/neutral site game.
