I have spent the last 30 years working in Engineering and Manufacturing across a diverse range of market sectors, with over 20 years of that time in the Management and Administration of toolrooms and engineering facilities, overseeing large scale manufacturing operations that include R & D teams, product design and development, CNC machine shops, fabrication workshops and multi-staged assembly lines for OEM medical equipment. During this time, I have been responsible for the successful implementation of Lean Manufacturing production systems that have been designed, tailored and developed to improve each unique manufacturing facility.Throughout my career, I have been heavily involved with Quality Management Systems and compliance including ISO 9001, 14001, AS1554, CASA and CE certifications and have obtained a very solid understanding of what it means to build quality into production.
