Most recently, I have supported the Counter Terrorism and Extremism Network in South East Asia by developing capability.Prior programmes of work include the development and provision of a Marauding Terrorism Attack, Incident Commanders Course for NATO’s Defence against Terrorism Program of Work.I’ve developed and delivered immersive scenario based Counter Terrorism training for US Law Enforcement Agencies around Marauding Terrorism, Active Shooter, IED response and Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear terrorism.In addition I have supported the delivery of specialist training to foreign Special Forces units on domestic and international terrorism.

As the National Account Manager for Government Agencies and Private Sector clients, I have been responsible for creating new business within the government agencies sector and to develop existing opportunities within the private sector.My core responsibilities are to oversee elements of specialist training and the facilitation of training for the afore mentioned sectors as well as developing new opportunity's to enhance capability in the National Security, Law Enforcement, Defence and resilience forums.The client base I’ve developed includes the broadest spectrum of Government Agencies and some of the leading Private Sector brands.In my first year I’ve cultivated an area of business and enabled a successful growth stream which has yielded both enhanced client relationships and business profitability for what is now one of the most successful UK client bases for the Fire Service College.Since taking over my current role, I have supported the growth of The Fire Service College to achieve Business Plans and attain targets which had previously been unrecognised. Originally promoted to assist the Technical and Operational Support Directorate. Involved in contingency planning and implementation as well as procedural audit and development of organisational policy.Subsequently taking up a role as an Officer with Command Development and assisted with the professional development of Officers, both junior and senior. In addition I was responsible for the development and delivery of specialist training and the co-ordination of multi agency training and exercises regarding National Resilience and Counter Terrorism.I am currently responsible for Brigade wide Operational Assurance as part of the Peer Assessment program and I create and deliver thematic, immersive scenario based training opportunities to capture as close to naturally occurring evidence of operational competence as is possible within the constricts of a training environment.The outcomes are used to focus and structure operational training as well as to enhance existing Brigade exercising and ultimately ensure a proficient, competent and professional response capability is maintained to meet the needs of the society with whom we serve and the hazards and risks faced by today's first responders are mitigated as much as possible.

Working directly for the Senior Operations Manager supporting their role and implementing their decisions during the initial roll-out of Broadband in the UK and subsequent troubleshooting resultant from its infancy.I was recruited specifically because of my people and logistics management skills and my ability to sustain momentum when faced with extreme adversity.Involved with the recruitment and selection of BT staff and contractors as well as supporting with HR issue resolution.Responsible for the care and development of a team of fourteen Managers. Assisted them with preparation and delivery of presentations and organized courses for them to attend to further develop their knowledge and skills base.Organized representatives for Care, Security and Safety in the various sites that were dealing with Broadband, this included regular auditing to ensure that these areas were complying with company policy and Quality Gates.

Skill Force is a Ministry of Defence sponsored youth initiative focusing on the Government agenda on youth inclusion. Skill Force is a project that is delivered by recently retired service personnel and is school based. The programme is largely based upon Life Skills and leads to the Duke of Edinburgh Award, St. John’s First Aid Award and other vocational qualifications.As part of a two person team I was responsible for creating and developing a training program for a Pilot scheme. I created and delivered lesson plans on multiple subjects, assessing and evaluating student progression and conducting remedial training for those requiring it. I was also required to prepare reports and compile statistics as directed.The role of Skill Force Instructor was challenging, so the ability to work effectively, with continuity, under extreme pressure was a definite prerequisite, as was being able to conduct stimulating and productive activities in a variety of environments. I liaised with outside agencies and planned and conducted expeditions.Throughout my employment I have had to demonstrate that I am patient, responsible, efficient, friendly, an excellent communicator on all levels, enthusiastic and resourceful, committed and extremely well motivated. I have excellent leadership skills and above all I am professional regardless of the pressures of a situation.
