I created and delivered lesson plans on multiple subjects, assessing and evaluating student progression and conducting remedial training for those requiring it. I was also required to prepare reports and compile statistics as directed.The role of Skill Force Instructor was challenging, so the ability to work effectively, with continuity, under extreme pressure was a definite prerequisite, as was being able to conduct stimulating and productive activities in a variety of environments. I liaised with outside agencies and planned and conducted expeditions.Throughout my employment I have had to demonstrate that I am patient, responsible, efficient, friendly, an excellent communicator on all levels, enthusiastic and resourceful, committed and extremely well motivated. I have excellent leadership skills and above all I am professional regardless of the pressures of a situation.
