I set up mixing tank and then operate, and mix or blend the liquid materials such as Ethanol (C2H5OH), water (H2O), flavoring and colour pigments,distilling the wash to company specifications, bottling and shipping the spirit to the production line, overseeing the production line, and product development, quality control, product testing and keeping production records to achieve desired quality and production goals.
