On this role, the following are summary of my functions;•Ensuring easy retrievalsof customer’s documents whenever they are needed•Ensuring proper arrangement of customer’s documents in the provided cabinets•Ensuring total knowledgeability of the where and about of customer’s documentation by taking down records of personnels who came for them

• Ensuring standardized and quality service bank wide through effective monitoring• Ensuring total adherence to the banks’ policies and banks’ established process turnaround time (TAT)• Conducting internal and external customer satisfaction surveys; using gathered feedbacks to improve processes and ultimate customer experience • Sanctioning erring officers and rewarding excellent customer service delivery• Strategic audit and monitoring of the bank’s people, places, and processes to ensure service excellence across all channels• Developing and executing initiatives to improve service delivery.• Carrying out service investigation reports to Executive office.• Monitored and prepared the reports for all our service request monitoring portals• Prepared consolidated reports detailing the team’s activities on a periodic basis (weekly, monthly and quarterly)• Improving Customer Satisfaction Ratings (CSAT) and Customer Retention (Net Promoter score) by ensuring extra miles are reached with regards customers issues and complaints

• Prepare subjects lesson notes• Tutor about 40 to 60 students on a daily basis• Conducts practical for students• Take students on field trip, competition, etc.• Prepare class register and daily record• Prepare students end of term results
