As program manager I ran the following programmes commissioned by CFRO of SNS REAAL:a) 2009 Program Solvency@Risk: We shortened the calculation time of the Solvency I ratio from 5 months to two weeks. A big achievement at that time. b) 2009 Program Risk Governance: implementing a new Risk Governance Framework within SNS REAAL

As projectleader I was responsible for the approval of the Basel II models for the Retail portfolio of SNS BANK NV. The biggest success was the approval of the Advanced Internal Rating Based model for mortgages by DNB (2007).I was also responsible for managing the Pricing Team (debet & credit).

BKR started with a new service: BKR Credit Score. At first I learned at Schufa (Germany) how to develop creditscore models, before I implemented these technologies at BKR. I was responsible for the quality of the models and advising the Dutch banks in how to use these models.
