Responsibilities include gp growth through assisting team members with new business sales and retention, delivering training (both sales and technical), dealing with larger and more complex sales, ensuring customer retention through effective account management within the team and direct account management for our larger clients. I also contribute to wider company directives such as marketing strategies, sales recruitment and supplier relationships. My targets and ultimately successes are measured on the sales performance and growth of my team.
