Making sure that co-workers understand and engage with your company’s strategy and vision/mision/values, that your managers and leaders at all levels take their communication role at heart (and are supported and trained in it), and that everything is done to make your people and associates feel great at their job, that is my mission.Intrigued by the power and the abilities of new communication technologies and media, I do believe that nothing is stronger than personal, face-to-face communication. In delivering its core task: strategically connect people within organizations. That’s why I’m in my free time soccer coach of the U21-team in my hometown.
