Was recruited as the 4th CEO in three years for Junior Sports Corporation, a private equity held mid-market company. JSC provides college preparatory education and development to high school athletes from over 30 countries globally. De-risked the business by expanding internationally into six core markets in Asia and numerous secondary markets globally. Re-engineered lead generation process and grew non-domestic revenue from 30% of the business to 65% over three years. Grew customer retention from 44% to 71% (industry best in class) over the same period of time. A strong focus on the customer experience informed the approach which resulted in JSC being the largest industry player by 2014. Described as an effective leader in turnarounds, high growth and competitively disadvantaged situations. Effective in culturally diverse environments.

Was selected to salvage at risk business with some of the largest global clients. Leveraged enterprise technology solutions as key strategy. Was effective in negotiating new long term deals representing over 90% of at risk business. Personally cultivated relationships at the C-level in achieving this result. Worked as a client partner achieving trusted advisor status with key customers. Worked from Amex's regional hubs in New York, Singapore, London and Toronto leading an international team.

Was recruited and relocated to Amex's global headquarters in New York to lead the charge in defusing a top strategic risk to the enterprise. Worked with the most senior tier of management to develop and execute strategies to lock in corporate relationships in all major markets globally. Leveraged strategic alliances and co-branding to succeed in this role. Interacted with a global team of professionals to ensure a globally integrated approach complemented by local market customization. Led a team of direct reports based in Singapore, London and New York.

Provided direction to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Interacted with the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions--Canada in executing this reponsibility.

Was promoted into this role to lead the turnaround of a struggling division which had posted a significant loss in the prior year. Wrote the strategic plan and led the implementation. Developed new technology to reengineer the business and deliver a strong profit within two years. More than doubled ROI for investment dollars deployed. Developed and implemented ground breaking lead generation and management technology.
