My experience in environmental engineering is geared towards water management and water resources. Together with a nine person Senior Project team, we succeeded in developing a preliminary design report for a new, sustainable water reclamation facility for the City of Santa Cruz, CA. The design involved an advanced waste water reclamation facility to offset freshwater demand integrated with a desalination facility to provide potable water.I designed pumps for the upgrade and for the desalination facility and worked together to design the upgrade to current wastewater treatment facility for use in tertiary water reclamation.
