Through my work in project management and consultancy for donor-funded and government projects, I have developed skills in capacity building for both financial institutions and local communities, skills in integrating poverty graduation and MSD models in financial services, business, digital and financial literacy for financially excluded populations, stakeholder management and reporting. My personal development goal focuses on being analytical and insightful as opposed to being informative. I also possess good knowledge of product development processes for financial institutions, market research, product realignment, linkage banking, investment, business development advisory and others.
