Improve communication and relations with Customers, Suppliers and Unions. Agree Annual pay rises. Develop; implement improved Health and Safety systems.Improve and monitor improved Site Security systems.Set and monitor departmental overhead budgets, introduce cost reductions in labour, MHE, materials, site waste, and improve stock control. Introduce new working practices and IT systems.Develop; implement and departmental and individual training plans.Review all operational requirements to ensure continued business improvement.

Ensure Key Performance Indicators on tonnage, income, profitability, efficiency, labour and quality are continuously exceeded on shift and within the factory.Negotiate with non and union shop stewards, supervision on yearly pay reviews and introduce updated health and safety requirements required by law.Undertake staff and supervision development interviews of up to 100 employees, staff briefings, staff recruitment, and disciplinary forums and to ensure staff training to ISO standards continues to promote a multi-skilled motivated team.Introduce new working procedures to ensure continued shift and factory development.Undertake and run projects to ensure mechanical and labour improvement.Report to Senior Management (Directors), Customers and Suppliers through Computer systems and in person on factory performance, new developments, order completion, quality issues and raw material supply.Set and ensure budgets, forecasts and KPI’s are achievable and accurate
