Current- Discussing and educating non-tech savvy employees and clients in a way that is familiar to them. In addition to using those skills to be able to communicate about tech department projects and initiatives to executives.
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and fixing a wide variety of software and hardware issues for electronic devices including PC’s, Macs, tablets, and phones in a timely manner both remotely and on site.
- Working with the various Microsoft 365 Cloud Services such as Entra ID(Formerly Azure Active Directory), Endpoints Manager, Azure Virtual Desktops, and Exchange Online.
- Assisting in management of user accounts and devices in Active Directory and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and also management using Microsoft Intune.
- Implementing from the ground up and managing JAMF cloud MDM(Multi Device Management) solution for all Apple iPhone, iPad and iMac devices.
- Collaborating closely with the Networking, Engineering, and Security teams towards department projects, goals, and general issues.
