Lumin focuses on VIP events and PR Campaigns aimed at the tastemakers/influencers of UAE society whether it be business, fashion, arts, culture or lifestyle. From launch events to quarterly PR campaigns, Lumin can manage the process from VIP strategy to execution.At Lumin I was responsible for the planning and execution of the VIP Celebrity events that it hosted. Lumin plans and executes VIP gifting lounges at Dubai International Film Festival, Abu Dhabi Formula 1, Comic Con and Virgin Redfest. Tactical Connections is a sustainable business advisory firm with a special focus on environmentally responsible project development. Formed in 2001, Tactical Connections has delivered services to governments and Fortune 500 companies both in the GCC and in North America.At Tactical Connections my role was to develop key elements of the recycling projects as they relate to research, planning and operations. Some of the projects that I have worked on are with Nespresso, Zurich Insurance, Dubai Sports City and Talah board which resulted in Tactical Connections being awarded a contract to design and roll out a program to collect, transfer and process palm waste from 5,000,000 palm trees.  Key achievements were setting up the Nespresso capsule collection recycling program in the UAE, South Africa and Turkey. Bee’ah is the largest recycling and integrated environmental management company in the GCC. Bee’ah manages all environmental challenges for the Emirate of Sharjah. Its operations include solid waste collections, landfilling, city beautification, waste recycling, public education about the environment, medical & hazardous waste management and the like.As City Beautification Operations Manager, I was responsible for efficiently managing the municipal contract for city beautification for the Emirate of Sharjah. The contract covered 1,000,000 residents with street sweeping, recycling and waste collection, beach, waterway and public facilities cleaning. I also oversaw the cleaning of the Ruler of Sharjah, Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi’s palaces. I managed a team of over 600 people including supervisors, team leaders, drivers, and laborers and a fleet of over 90 diverse street cleaning, recycling collection and marine cleaning vehicles. Logistics and route planning - designed and implemented maps, routes and schedules to optimize cost efficiency in department Contract administration, client relations and reporting under contract terms- KPI adherence Implemented 60 new vehicles into the fleet- this involved creating training programs for the drivers Created recycling programs for schools and various facilities Created pre and post vehicle inspection program Monitored drivers through the use of GPS tracking system Designed and implemented health and safety protocols for drivers and labourers Managed the administrative and HR responsibilities for my department – warning letters, overtime etc... Monitored departments financials on a monthly basis and created yearly budgets Developed a positive work environment through a hands on mentoring approach

Its operations include solid waste collections, landfilling, city beautification, waste recycling, public education about the environment, medical & hazardous waste management and the like.As the Small Engine Workshop Manager I was responsible for setting up the workshop to be able to maintain the equipment that was being used as well as implementing the maintenance program and assigning tasks to the work staff. Prepared 60 new imported vehicles to make them road worthy Hired maintenance staff  Created the fleet maintenance program Setup the new workshop by procuring equipment, supplies and setting up the facility Performed training sessions to educate the workshop staff of the mechanical operations of the new vehicles and equipment that was to be maintained and repaired Sourced locally available parts for the imported Canadian vehicles lowering the repair costs
