Key Achievements • Developed and implemented organisational methodologies to assess staff performance through reviews, followed up by one-on-one and group mentoring to uplift capabilities. • Executed complex technical fire sprinkler and hydrant flow testing phase in addition to providing maintenance and compliance solutions to small- and medium-sized business clients. • Delivered B2B consulting strategies inclusive of staff and organisational restructures and cultural change management, achieved by introducing standardised meetings and operational procedures to increase performance consistency in business units. • Leveraged influence to negotiate and secure large-scale B2B contracts to support tendering for company projects lacking resources and skills to complete projects in-house. • Developed and implemented small- and large-scale format tender tools for risk management documents and estimating software tools.

Grosvenor Engineering Group is an Australian-owned company that is a leading building services provider. Key Achievements • Successfully led expansion operations to support the business throughout its growth phase after securing a national contract with Bunnings. • Successfully restructured the business within 12 months and delivered strategies resulting in a 450 per cent growth in two years whilst running at an EBIT 11 per cent higher than any other business stream or unit. • Appointed as a National Mentor to other business units to deliver continuous improvement and cultural change strategies and activities. • Developed and delivered an operating procedure manual, “Managing for Profit – How to Maximise National Accounts.” • Negotiated and secured new national contracts as well as revenue streams in Health, NBN, and contracts in Victoria and Tasmania with the Australian Defence Force (ADF) and NEXTDC. • Collaborated directly with Account Managers for priority clients, predominantly the ADF contract, Bunnings and NEXTDC. This involved maximising Public Private Partnership (PPP) contracts and supporting staff (Broadspectrum, formally Transfield Services Ltd) to manage and improve budgets and contractual obligations around CapEx and OpEx. • Developed and implemented three new business channels in electrical business units, plumbing business units, and a consultancy and training service offer to the Victorian Building Authority to train staff on legislation and regulatory compliance regarding fire safety.• Developed and delivered a working group of Lead Technicians in each state and field to share learned experiences resulting in significant improvements to business development and communication strategies. This was achieved when 20 per cent of my position was transitioned to focus on national operations, developing company software, managing ARMS proprietary functions, and National Technical Committee obligations.

Hirotec is a leading Australian-owned organisation delivering integrated technical services and expertise.Key Achievements • Established the fire business from the ground-up, involving the development of a high-performance and experienced team to transform new technicians into an excelling unit able to ensure all work could be managed in-house, saving costs associated with hiring subcontractors. • Appointed to manage the two largest client projects in addition to managing existing accountabilities, transforming the clients from a sub 20 per cent GM to continually exceeding 30 per cent across projects and minor works. • Appointed to the Leadership Team developing and delivering successful national tenders. • Successfully renegotiated all clients into three-year contract renewals without entering the tender process. • Developed and delivered training programmes for clients and internal staff to educate stakeholders on legislative and regulatory compliance regarding ESM. • Developed and delivered a training programme for the Metropolitan Fire Brigade to educate recruits of Building ESM operations in collaboration with RMIT who facilitated training on campus.
