❖ Managing diverse projects (Synops DataLake, MicroFocus HP Tools, Opria – Sisence, OpsInsights, SAP PA) and teams to ensure timely client deliverables. ❖ Overseeing activities such as application upgrades, deployments, support, patching, and automation across projects. ❖ Successfully driving automation initiatives, mentoring team members, and facilitating career growth. ❖ Making informed decisions that benefit both team and client, aligning with business objectives. ❖ Establishing clear client expectations and consistently delivering high-quality service. ❖ Documenting process guides, solutions, and fixes for various scenarios.

❖ As SAP PA Lead, oversee and administer all SAP PA activities for Accenture employees in the UK and Ireland. ❖ Train People advisors and backend teams on new processes, actively contribute to audits, and provide valuable feedback to back-office teams. ❖ Create job aids for SAP tools and applications, offering innovative ideas and solutions for efficient PA management. ❖ Generate reports on SAP and monthly activity reports for the team. ❖ Simultaneously manage HP Tools Operational Bridge Analytics, including dashboard development, enhancement, and analytics tool support.

❖ Ensure the accuracy of HR systems/tools (SAP, ETR, Siebel) through regular updates and maintenance.❖ Handle personnel transactions, including new hire paperwork, relocations, organizational changes, salary corrections, gross pay adjustments, referral bonuses, and demographic updates in SAP.
