As Quality Enablement Leader, Peter-Paul is working closely with Assurance and Professional Practice Executives to build a robust Quality Network in Asia Pacific ('AP'). This Quality Network is implementing and monitoring global Sustainable Audit Quality initiatives such as Milestones and Root Cause Analysis. Country level support includes enabling Quality Improvement Plans and engagement level coaching and review programs. Peter-Paul also provides coaching and inspection support to PCAOB engagement teams in Asia Pacific. He is Chair of the AP Audit Quality Committee, member of the global AQC and member of the AP Assurance Executive Committee.

As Assurance Leader, has built out the Global Talent Hub (GTH) in India to an organization with over 1,200 professionals that provides audit procedures to engagement teams in the Americas and EMEIA. Peter-Paul has established a strong Risk Management team and a focus on Quality so to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements as well as instilling trust for GTH users around the world. Through extended teaming, rotation and transfer programs he makes global resource sharing and best practices dissemination a reality. Next to generating significant Margin improvement for engagement teams, is driving efficiency and quality improvement through standardization projects. Also works with Global Assurance Leadership to consolidated other talent hubs and bringing them under the GTH umbrella.

Audit Engagement Partner for IFRS registrants and non-registrants. Audit clients include one London listed registrant and several Russian conglomerates that are planning for an IPO. In addition to audit, successfully concluded several First Time Implementation projects for conglomerates transferring from Russian Accounting Standards to IFRS.
